April Dawn Laird has had a passion for the film medium of storytelling since early childhood. After High School, she attended Georgia Perimeter College and obtained an Associates degree in English Literature. She then went on to Vancouver Film School in British Columbia and received a film production degree with honors. While there, she held a myriad of positions including writing and directing, but found art direction to be her true calling.

Since then, she has worked on several broadcast, corporate and dramatic productions including the first season of the series “Quarterlife” as the on set prop master. Currently, she lives in Los Angeles, CA and is seeking any and all challenging and art saturated projects. One day she hopes to find herself a successful production designer, creating interesting worlds for her characters.
